Joe Kara |

Joe is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, 1968, and has worked in many kitchens. Besides
being an outstanding chef, he has been the owner and operator of several well known Portland area
restaurants. Piccolo Mondo, Café Vivo, Café Ramos, Spaghetti Alreadi and Alfornos just to name
a few. Joe not only has operated these restaurants but has also been involved with the building of several.
With this kind of experience behind him, Joe can only benefit you. |

Fred Bush |

Fred is partners with Joe and is in charge of the Corona, CA, operation. Fred has been in the restaurant
equipment business for 30 years. Fred brings a vast amount of knowledge to the operation. The Corona
location is approximately 35,000 square feet, which enables Pacific Restaurant Equipment access to more
equipment than our competitors. Fred is also a professional auctioneer. |

Mike has been with Pacific Restaurant for four years. Mike's background is 2 years as General Manager for a manufacturers rep company and 7 years as Operations Manager for Auto-Chlor System. Mike has seen and been in over a 1000 kitchens in the Greater Portland area.
Alex has been with Pacific Restaurant Equipment for a year and brings a lot of practical experience to the company. Alex has 20 years in the restaurant business with a strong kitchen background. Alex has held all restaurant positions from dishwasher to general manager with 12+ years in the back of the house.
